Hi, I’m Alex – a professional chef and cake maker with over 15 years’ experience creating celebration cakes. I started out simply loving to bake, and that slowly grew into a passion for designing cakes that are both structurally ambitious and genuinely delicious. Over the years I’ve crafted everything from elegant wedding tiers to playful 3D novelty builds, and I’m always looking for the next technical challenge.
